	Geared to beginners, and a great refresher for intermediate level photographers, you will learn the basic skills essential to great photography! While digital technology is emphasized, its principles apply to both digital and film cameras. Gain control over your camera and your images! Learn... Camera Basics Important Features & Settings Lenses & Filters Exposure: Shutter & Aperture Exposure: Light & Metering Seeing & Composition Checklist Post Shoot To Do’s This six hour workshop will be taught in a classroom setting by photographer Susanna MacKenzie Euston using slide presentation, demonstration, and individual one-on-one instruction. You will receive informative handouts. Required: Bring your camera, it's instruction book, lenses (close-up, too, if you have one), and a laptop computer with Photoshop CS or Elements installed. If you do not own a laptop, please contact us to make arrangements for a "loaner." Class Size: Limited to eight students. Date & Time: Revised Schedule! Saturday, March 24th, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; One hour break for lunch. SNOW DATE Saturday, March 31st, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Location: Asheville Area of North Carolina (directions will be provided after registration). Five minutes from the airport!
